2006

Quanticon s.r.o. was established.

2007

Our company has started to actively implement trainings of managerial and interpersonal skills, teambuildings, teamspirit events and development centers.

We presented a topic: „Specifics of education and development in production companies“ at the conference of Salon of the Further Education .

At the conference of Slovak Association for Human Resources Management and Development we presented a topic: „Education and development of lower management of the production companies“.

Our article „Coaching – modern tool of employee´s development“ was published in Trend magazine.

Managerial and interpersonal skills trainings of our company were accredited by slovak Ministry of Education.

We have become a member of Slovak Coach Association (SAKo)

2008

Within this and previous year we implemented extensive managerial skills training project for Slovak Telekom. 156 trainings were realized during this project.

As a co-organizer, we took part at 3rd Slovak Conference on Coaching. We presented a topic: „Team Coaching“.

2009

At the conference of Slovak Association for Human Resources Management and Development we presented a topic: „How to effectively approach to a Change Management“.

2010

We co-organized an international conference V4 Innovative Learning Forum in Bratislava.

We added coaching as development tool for managers to our educational activities portfolio.

2011

During this and a next year we led 17 interpersonal and managerial sills trainings for company DHL DCC.

2012

We focused also on non-commercial projects and provided counselling to: Efektívne rodičovstvo, Dobré roky 50+

2013

The number of our clients has exceeded 50.

2014

We have extended our activities and started to implement CSR projects. Corporate volunteering projects offer opportunity to support other, non-commercial subject and to build team as well.

The most attractive training topic of this and following year is: Stress Management.

2015

We have started to implement 3 years long programme for emergency management teams of Slovenské elektrárne. It is focused on crisis situations management skills.

2015

Our training for teachers: „Use of experiential learning method in education of students and youth“ was accredited by slovak Ministry of Education.

We started to realize trainings of managerial and interpersonal skills for public.
